
Ancient Harvest Quinoa, spinach, string beans, and shrimp with a little diced garlic thrown in for good measure (cooked in broth).
A little blog about my resolution to eat more veggies, actually exercise, say "no" to that third slice of pizza, and have a happy, lovely tummy!

How was it? Did you toast your quinoa? I find that when you do it adds a really nice nutty taste (hehe) and also helps keep it from sticking to one another.
